Well I hate to be the first to review and didn't follow the recipe, but what I made was delicious! I don't eat rotisserie chicken due to the high sodium content they seem to have. Instead I had 1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts on hand which I diced. I had meant to use a carton of chicken bone broth, but grabbed the wrong one, and it tasted wonderful anway. I usually don't like recipes with a lot of celery, but this combination was a hit, hearty and refreshing at the same time.
