Icing: Combine the icing sugar, butter, milk and a little hot water to create a smooth icing, add food colouring to get the desired colour. Create the reindeer face by adding the round biscuit as the main feature. Break the small pretzel snack into the shape of a reindeer antler, then add to the cupcake.
