Pomegranate-Blueberry Smoothie

Antioxidant-packed blueberries and pomegranate juice come together in a healthy yogurt smoothie that cures between-meal cravings.- Level: 1

Make sure you buy 100% pomegranate juice, not the grape-apple blends that some brands pass off as pomegranate. Where’s the integrity these days?
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces pomegranate juice, divided among 4 sections of an ice cube tray or muffin tin and frozen
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries, fresh, or frozen and thawed
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Instructions:
This is an easy one: combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse 4 to 5 times on low, then blend on high until mixture is smooth.
