This ultra-simple, healthy, no-bake dessert can be enjoyed after a day of farmers’ market-ing. It also makes a delicious breakfast treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries -- it's OK to use just one variety if you prefer
  • 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions:

In a medium serving bowl, mix the yogurt and berries. Drizzle honey on top. Done!

If you'd like a slightly more stylish presentation, divide the yogurt among 2 or 3 bowls, then top with the berries and drizzle with honey.
