March Issue - Smoked Salmon, Strong Beer...

Here we are, another month gone by in a blink. Fortunately for you, that means it’s time for The Humble Gourmand’s March issue, which features the following:

  • A feature story about smoking salmon at home — it’s easy, believe it or not — and with it, a story about a lasting father-son bond

  • Beer guru Sam’s exploration of strong beers to get you through winter’s waning days

  • Recipes for honey-glazed salmon, crockpot applesauce, and eggplant “lasagna”

  • Reviews of two great spots on opposite ends of the world: Washington, DC, and Wellington, NZ

Hope you enjoy!

Cheers, Alison
