Check Out Julia's Kitchen in the New Year!

Santa Monica-based chef and HG writer Julia Swenson has launched a fabulous website to complement her stellar catering & personal chef business.

Julia, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, has created lots of recipes for the HG, including the full slate of December recipes and those mouthwatering Luscious Lemon Cupcakes.

I could go on, but Julia happens to be my dearest childhood friend, and I suspect you all might consider me less biased if I let the pictures do the talking:

Double-Cut Lamb Rib Chops with Mint Mustard Sauce

Caribbean Chicken with Orange, Raisins, and Almonds

Shrimp Scampi Lettuce Wraps

Julia’s newly rolled out website includes a great slideshow (love the music!) with photos of her extensive repetoire, plus a great gallery with even more drool-worthy photos. There are also lots of unique recipes not published in the HG. Check it out!

Semi-Sweet Marbled Blondies

Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Pie with Flaky Crust

Chocolate and Vanilla Mini-Cupcakes with Fondant Flowers
