Summer Days...

Greetings and happy summer days to you all.

The July issue of The Humble Gourmand is sitting in the wings and will be launched Thursday, just in time for 4th of July barbeques and other summer shindigs. There’s a recipe for a fabulous, fruity grilled tuna that will impress your guests, and a pasta salad with a twist that’s easy to bring along to a party.

We’ve also got a rundown of the latest trends in chocolate, BBQ-worthy wine and beer selections, and a review of Gina Mallet’s Last Chance to Eat: The Fate of Taste in a Fast Food World.

As always, the restaurant reviews span the globe — don’t miss this month’s, which hail from Munich, Cyprus, and Pittsburgh.

Hope you enjoy!

Cheers,
 Alison
