The May issue will hit the figurative stands on Friday morning, and it’s chock-full of great features (cheese, Moroccan, Champagne, brewing your own beer at home), recipes (carnivorous and vegetarian grilling, some truly decadent cupcakes, and a fun summer salad with prosciutto), and reviews from D.C., New York, Philly, and beyond…
