Orlio IPA is a wonderful example of an IPA, and one of the few organic IPAs on the market. Using primarily Centennial hops, the beer displays a very well-balanced fruity bitterness, kept in check by a sturdy backbone of caramel-malt flavors. This beer is a great summertime thirst quencher, and can be drunk on its own, or with spicy or citrusy foods.
